Wing CFAV Training Conference

As part of the Wings Staff Training it holds an annual training conference, and 2022 was the first time since the beginning of the pandemic that staff from across the Wing had a chance to do so face to face.

Held over the last weekend of January, CFAV (Cadet Forces Adult Volunteers) from across the Wing met at RAF Cosford for 2 days to get a full update on the Wing and wider Air Cadets.

The conference covered a number of areas such as ground training, ASTRA, the Wing Commanders vision and more.

There was even a chance to present some awards gained by the staff team, with a number of Cadet Forces Medals presented, along with the Warrant Officers signed Warrants.
